Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I keep access to a course?
Unless otherwise stated on the course page, your access does not expire. If we need to retire a course, we will provide a comparable replacement or offer a pro-rated refund.
What materials do I need to start?
For foundational courses: florist scissors, twine, floral tape, a reusable pin frog or kenzan, and access to local flowers or foraged materials. Each course includes a printable checklist.
Are courses suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. Begin with “Hand-Tied Bouquet Fundamentals” or “Ikebana Essentials”. Our rubrics make expectations clear and reduce overwhelm.
Do you provide certificates?
We issue digital certificates upon completing assessments for selected pathways. Certificates reflect demonstrated skills, not time spent.
Is there community feedback?
Yes. We provide critique guidelines and a gentle framework for sharing work. Feedback focuses on composition, mechanics, and sustainability.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of a course is consumed. Contact support with your order email.
Do you offer subtitles and transcripts?
Yes, most lessons include English subtitles and transcripts. Accessibility is a core part of our Scandinavian design philosophy.
Can I use the techniques for client work?
Absolutely. Our exercises are designed to translate into retail, wedding, and editorial contexts without gimmicks or misleading promises.
Do you offer group or corporate training?
Yes. We can tailor a program for teams. Please share goals, headcount, and dates via the contact form.
